  • Payment terms must be met before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed

  • Turnaround times depend on project complexity and timely provision of required content/materials by the client

  • You are responsible for ensuring all information you provide is accurate and lawful

5. Payment & Refund Policy

All service fees and payment terms will be clearly outlined in your formal proposal or agreement prior to the start of any project. Payments are due in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments are non-refundable once a campaign or service has commenced. If a delay or disruption is caused due to incomplete client input, non-cooperation, or delayed approvals, DemandTAB shall not be held liable for refunds or missed timelines.

Clients are encouraged to review all deliverables and timelines carefully before confirming any engagement.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, including strategies, reports, access credentials, and client data shared during and after the engagement.

7. Limitation of Liability

DemandTAB is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities resulting from technical failures, platform algorithm changes, or third-party service disruptions

  • Delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, or unforeseen government actions

Maximum liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid for the services rendered.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website and services may include links to third-party tools or websites. We do not control or endorse these and are not responsible for their practices or content.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any agreement or access to our services if:

  • These terms are violated

  • Payment terms are not fulfilled

You may cancel services with written notice in accordance with our service agreement terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
